Approach

Razor already had great brand recognition; however, the website was flat and disorganized. It needed a fresh, colorful vibe with a focus on dynamic motion to lend some serious street cred. We added a feature that enables visitors to easily explore each product in more detail. Then we built in social features and included a third party pricing tool so users are able to check out the hottest products where they shop.

We revamped Razor TV, their video presence, to create engagement and build the brand. This video hub is designed to draw traffic from YouTube and keep users on the eCommerce website.  With curated playlists and category-based navigation, visitors can quickly find videos they love and share them with friends. Razor TV also lets fans upload and share their own videos.

Razor was so happy with our eCommerce website design and implementation that they asked us to help them with a campaign for a product launch. We built out an exciting new page complete with video to advertise the product and added a notification feature to gauge customer interest.

RAZOR ICON COLORS

Isadora Agency helped Razor customers reconnect with the brand of their youth and easily reserve the newly launched “Icon” electric scooter. Visitors can review specs, select a color, and get notified when their scooter is in stock. An email notification brings the customer directly to the product detail page where they can make a purchase.
